Products are billed monthly by default; set the type to One-time for fees like onboarding, or Hourly for out-of-scope rates. Changing a price here does not change proposals already built; each proposal keeps its own price and shows a flag if the list price has moved. Descriptions start hidden in proposals; tick "Show description" on a line to include it in the price table.
